The Exec Team on the way to RLA

Delta Upsilon is beginning its 2017 spring semester with a strong recruitment effort with a large spring recruitment class of five associate members.

From February 3-5, the chapter executive team of Nick Kostovny, Taylor Harding, Cooper Henson, Garrett Pedersen, Brian Cupp, and Fred Resch led by President Brandon Boehnke went to Portland for the Regional Leadership Academy (RLA) and have brought back plenty of ideas to help the chapter improve even more moving forward.

On February 4 in Boise, remaining brothers participated in Service Saturday and followed up on our previous canvassing efforts on behalf of the Agency for New Americans and collected donations of small household items for the Agency, filling an entire moving truck with items and getting featured by the national DU headquarters on social media.

DU has also continued other service activities, volunteering at the Discovery Center's opening night exhibit of a T. rex named Sue, the largest rex fossil on record at 42 feet. The chapter has continued to volunteer at subsequent nights and hopes to continue with its partnership at the Discovery Center.
